The Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima is a church approved Catholic lay association founded to spread the message of Fatima. The association was founded by Father Harold Colgan in 1947 at his parish in New Jersey. The apostolate spread quickly and is now an international organization called more appropriately the "World Apostolate of Fatima."

The national headquarters of this World Apostolate is in Washington, New Jersey. The magazine, "Soul," is published there and they coordinate local chapters of the association such as the one in Buffalo.
