The undersigned, an Employer within the meaning of the Workman's Compensation Law of the State of New York, hereby gives notice to his employees, to all persons interested, and to the public, that he has complied with all the rules and regulations of the State Workman's Compensation Commission and that he has secured the payment of compensation to his employees and their dependents in accordance with the provisions of the Workman's Compensation Law of the Sate of New York.
