Daniel Brown, a licensed clinical
psychologist, is a trained spiritual director.
He is currently doing clinical work with
nursing home residents.
Kay Johnson-Gentile, a retired college
professor, is a trained spiritual director. Kay
is a professional musician and
composer and has worked with
both children and adults in music therapy.
Father Bill McCurdy, SJ has done
retreat ministry and spiritual direction
since the 1960’s. His ministry includes
retreats in the U.S., Ireland, and Great
Britain. Bill has also served in parish
ministry, as a college campus minister and
high school guidance counselor.
Carol Moscati, wife, mother, and former
hospital chaplain has a degree in Pastoral
Ministry. She presently works in spiritual
direction.
Dianne Riordan is a family advocate
with the Mental Health Association of
Erie County. Trained in spiritual direction,
she is married and has 7 children and 5
grandchildren.
Jan Sheridan, Director of the Center, is a
professional writer, journalist, and
hospital chaplain. She has been a spiritual
director and instructor at the Center for
nine years. Jan has a Master's degree in
Religious Studies.
Sister Madonna Sweet SSJ has two
master degrees - one in Education and one
in Social Work. She ministers in many
ways - as a spiritual director, a clinical
social worker, a counselor, a sheriff’s
chaplain, and as a member of the SSJ
Leadership Team.
Pat Van Verth, is a professor at Canisius College. She is married and has two children and one granddaughter. Pat is a trained spiritual director with a particular interest in Ignatian Spirituality.
